Setting up your first budget is easy! Open the app, tap on the "Budgets" tab at the bottom, then tap the "+" button in the top right. Choose a category (like "Food & Dining"), set your budget amount, and optionally add a description. Your budget will automatically track your spending in that category. You can also enable auto-reset to have your budget refresh monthly.
Yes! MoneyWise automatically syncs your data across all your devices when you sign in with your Apple ID or email account. Your budgets, transactions, and settings will be available on any device where you're signed in. Make sure you're connected to the internet for the sync to work properly.
Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption (AES-256) to protect your data both in transit and at rest. We never store your actual banking credentials - we only store the financial data you manually input. Your data is never shared with third parties, and you can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app settings.
Our AI assistant analyzes your spending patterns, budget adherence, and financial habits to provide personalized insights and recommendations. It can identify areas where you might be overspending, suggest budget adjustments, and help you understand your financial trends. The AI learns from your behavior to provide increasingly relevant advice over time.
MoneyWise supports all major world currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, CAD, AUD, CHF, and many more. You can switch between currencies in the app settings, and the app will remember your preference. If you travel frequently or deal with multiple currencies, you can track expenses in different currencies within the same account.

We typically respond to bug reports within 24 hours and prioritize fixes based on severity.
Yes! You can export your transaction history, budget data, and account information in CSV format. Go to Settings > Data Export in the app. This feature is useful for tax preparation, switching to other financial tools, or keeping personal backups of your financial records.
